Yes — every school gets a free 15-day trial with up to 5 students and 5 staff, covering the core student, academics, teacher, and session year management features. No need to talk to sales first.

You'll get a reminder 7 days before your plan expires. There's a short grace period after that before access changes — reach out to support if you need more time to renew.

Billing is based on actual usage, so your charges reflect your real student count.

Anywhere from a few minutes to a couple of weeks, depending on your school's current state — a fresh school with no existing records is fastest; migrating data from another system takes longer.

No — both Starter and Growth include free setup and onboarding support.

Yes, but only while you're in your Current Cycle — the same billing period you originally purchased it in. Once that cycle ends and rolls into the next billing period, the add-on can't be individually removed anymore (it either renews with your subscription or you'd need to contact support). If you're mid-cycle and remove an add-on, it stops immediately rather than running out the rest of the term.

Yes — class structures, grading, and reporting are built around the CBC system used in Kenyan primary and secondary schools.

Shule Core fits any institution that operates on a class-cohort, term-based structure — this covers most Kenyan technical and vocational training institutes.

Not currently — Shule Core is built for class/grade and term-based institutions (primary, secondary, and similarly-structured colleges), not credit-unit or semester-registration systems used by universities.

No — Shule Core is fully cloud-based. You just need a web browser and internet connection.
